Michael Rasmussen is a seasoned shipping executive with extensive experience in the global shipping and logistics industry. His primary areas of expertise encompass large-scale industrial projects, spacecraft logistics, and defense contracting. Additionally, he has a comprehensive background in logistics for the music touring, sports, and entertainment sectors.

Notable achievements in Michael’s career include significant mining and power plant projects, the James Webb Space Telescope, aircraft and ship chartering, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity, start-up management, and strong entrepreneurial skills. He demonstrates a customer-centric approach and a results-oriented mindset.

Fluent in two languages, Michael also possesses proficiency in five additional languages, enabling him to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the globe.

John comes to LOGIN FMS Logistics with 30 years’ experience in Land, Air, and Sea Transportation Logistics. As the executive Vice president, John works directly with the Managing Director, Mr. Michael Rasmussen, in monitoring departmental operations, managing customer relationships, and assisting in developing the company's strategic goals, and he identifies business opportunities to help maximize the company's performance.

Contributes to sales innovations, negotiates business contracts, analyzes financial reports, and assists in minimizing the company's expenses without compromising high-quality operations and customer satisfaction.  Manages our company's day-to-day operations and provides overall strategic and administrative decisions. Maintains positive client relations and consults and collaborates with other employees, executives, and board members. Also, with the Managing Director, John is responsible for overseeing recruitment activities, determining improvement gaps, and administering corrective measures as needed to improve the company’s overall performance.

Operations Manager

As our Operations Manager, Corey helps ensure a team’s day-to-day work aligns with organizational goals. Uses our day-to-day resources efficiently and promotes high company standards, such as exceeding objectives or goals. Liaises between employees and members of upper management. Creates actionable plans to help employees Prioritizes tasks and achieves individual goals. Looks to improve efficiency, increase profitability, and meet the expectations of collaborators, customers, and vendors.

Other responsibilities may include: Supervises and trains employees to complete tasks according to company standards. Coordinating with department heads to achieve organizational goals. Improving work processes to increase productivity or reduce waste. Evaluating employee performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Warehouse Manager

Completes various management, organization, and planning tasks to maintain high performance of the warehouse’s storage and shipment processes. His duties include auditing and reporting inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock. Manages warehouse and associates. Monitors work and ensures a safe working environment and use of warehouse equipment. Assist in establishing warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse operation. Sets warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads. Communicates with other departments and management to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.
